I’m the owner of Hold Tight Psychotherapy.
I’m not a “sit silently and nod” kind of therapist. I show up with you—gently, honestly, and with intention. Some moments in therapy might feel reflective and quiet, others a little more active or practical. There may be laughter, there may be hard conversations, and there’s always space for you to be fully yourself without judgment.
With over 8 years of experience in the field, my approach is calm, collaborative, and grounded in both evidence-based work and real human connection.
What that actually looks like in practice is this:

If you book your first therapy session, that is more than okay, you will receive the intake forms via our online system that you will need to fill out prior to the initial session!
